This policy explains how MISR for Electronics Company ("MISR", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit www.misrelectronics.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.

What we collect
This website does not have user accounts and does not store form submissions. When you use the contact form, the details you enter are placed into a WhatsApp or email message on your own device, and reach us only if you choose to send that message.
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your request.
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and deliver orders (steps taken at your request and to perform a contract).
To keep business records required by Egyptian commercial and tax law (legal obligation).
To operate, secure and improve this website (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
Only with parties who help us serve you: suppliers and logistics partners where needed to fulfil an order, professional advisers, our hosting and communication providers (including WhatsApp and email providers you choose to use), and public authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside Egypt. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by Egyptian data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by Egyptian law.
Your rights
You can ask to know what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct or update it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw consent you have given.
