Quotations
Information on this website is not an offer to sell. A binding offer exists only in a written quotation issued by MISR, which states the items, prices, currency, taxes, validity period and delivery terms.
Unless a quotation says otherwise, prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may change with exchange rates, supplier prices, duties or taxes after that period.
Orders
An order is accepted when MISR confirms it in writing or issues a pro-forma invoice. Specially sourced or imported items ordered to the customer's specification may not be cancelled or returned once purchasing has started, unless agreed in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates based on supplier and shipping information available at the time of quotation. We will tell you promptly about any delay. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery to the agreed location.
Inspection and warranty
Please inspect goods on delivery and report any shortage, damage or non-conformity in writing within 7 days. Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. MISR will assist with warranty claims but does not give additional warranties beyond those stated in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, MISR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The content, design and graphics of this website belong to MISR for Electronics Company or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rules.
